压片-X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)测定炉渣的准确度常常受到粒度效应和矿物效应的影响。实验结合扫描电镜和能谱仪的检测手段,从宏观和微观的角度研究了炼钢精炼炉渣各组分在不同粒径范围的分布;对不同制备方法制得的粉末样品进行压片法和熔片法制片后采用X射线荧光光谱测定,并分析了检测结果产生差异的原因;借助ANOVA一元方差统计分析法,在0.16~0.088 m m粒度范围内,讨论了粒度对不锈钢精炼渣、电炉渣、碳素钢精炼渣、电炉渣主成分的压片-X射线荧光光谱法结果的影响:同一样品的同一组分在不同粒度范围内所占份额不同,特别是氧化钙、二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、氧化镁尤为显著,以至影响样品的均匀性和代表性;当样品粒度研磨至0.16~0.088 m m时,粒度影响不显著,压片法测定结果趋于稳定,可满足生产检验需求。

The determination accuracy of slag by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) with pressed pow-der pellet is usually affected by the particle size effect and mineral effect .The particle size distribution of components in refining slag was investigated from perspectives of macroscopic and microcosmic by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy disperse spectroscopy (EDS) .The powdered samples prepared by different methods were used for XRF determination after pressed powder pellet and fusion sample prepara-tion .The reasons causing difference of analysis results were discussed .The one-way ANOVA method was used to investigate the influence of particle size (in range of 0 .16-0 .088 mm) on the determination results of main components in stainless steel refining slag ,electric furnace slag ,carbon steel refining slag and e-lectric furnace slag by XRF with pressed powder pellet .When the proportion of same component in same sample was different in various particle size ranges ,the uniformity and representativeness of sample would be affected especially for calcium oxide ,silicon dioxide ,aluminum oxide and magnesium oxide .The parti-cle size effect was insignificant if the sample was grinded to 0 .16-0 .088 mm .The determination results of pressed powder pellet method tended to be stable ,which could meet the production detection require-ments .
