在高澳矿配比下,研究了烧结原料理论液相量对烧结行为及烧结矿质量指标的影响.对烧结原料中的5种铁矿粉进行微型烧结实验.结果表明:铁矿粉液相生成能力与原料中 FeO、SiO2、CaO、MgO、Al2 O3含量密切相关.随烧结理论液相量增多,成品烧结矿成本增加,烧结杯利用系数和烧结矿转鼓指数均相应提高.在烧结生产中,理论液相的质量分数不宜控制在10.40%~12.22%范围内.低于此范围,在原料成本较低情况下可以得到强度适宜的烧结矿;高于此范围,虽然原料成本增多,但烧结矿强度指标会明显改善,对后续的高炉生产有益.

The effect of theoretical liquid phase of sinter materials with high content of Australian iron ore on quali-ty indexes of sinter was studied.The results show that the ability of liquid phase formation is closely related to the chemical compositions such as FeO,SiO2 ,CaO,MgO,and Al2 O3 by micro sintering experiment.The product cost,the utilization factor and tumbler index of sinter improve with increasing the amount of theoretical liquid phase.It is not recommended to control the theoretical liquid phase production at 10.40 mass% to 12.22 mass%during sinter production.When the theoretical liquid phase production is less than 10.40 mass%,the sinter with appropriate strength has lower cost.When the theoretical liquid phase production is above 12.22 mass%,al-though the cost of materials gets higher,the sinter strength would be significantly improved which is beneficial to blast furnace production.
