研究了新型汽轮机转子用C700R-1耐热合金700℃长期时效组织和性能的演变.研究表明:合金的主要析出相为 M23 C6、MC、γ′.C700R-1合金长期时效组织结构稳定,时效5000 h 晶界处 M23 C6碳化物平均宽度从190 nm增加至240 nm,呈不连续状态分布;时效5000 h球形γ′平均直径从22.0 nm粗化至49.8 nm,粗化速率缓慢.合金拉伸强度和硬度随时效时间延长先快速升高,后缓慢降低,并逐渐趋于稳定;理论计算 C700R-1合金中γ′临界尺寸为29.8 nm;长期时效后合金的冲击值在50 J 以上.

The microstructure and mechanical properties evolution of a new developed turbine rotor alloy C700R-1 after long time aging at 700℃ were investigated.The results show that the main precipitates consist of M23 C6 ,MC, andγ′,and microstructure of this alloy remains stable after long time aging.M23 C6 carbides are distributed dis-continuously along grain boundaries,and the mean width of particles increase from 190 nm to 240 nm after aging at 700℃ for 5 000 h.The mean diameter of sphericalγ′increases from 22.0 nm to 49.8 nm after aging at 700℃ for 5 000 h,indicating that its coarsening rate is relatively low.During aging,both of the tensile strength and hardness increase sharply,then decrease slowly and finally tend to be steady.The theoretical calculation results show that the critical diameter ofγ′is 29.8 nm for C700R-1 alloy.The impact toughness of C700R-1 is higher than 50 J even after long time aging.
