运用Aspex Explorer扫描电镜对比了3种不同初始状态钢包冶炼条件下的帘线钢盘条中夹杂物成分、变形性能以及数量密度等,指出不同初始状态的钢包对帘线钢精炼渣成分和成品[Al]含量的影响.结果表明,同等条件下,分别使用冶炼过Si、Al-Si以及Al脱氧钢的钢包冶炼帘线钢时,精炼渣碱度、渣中Al2 O3含量和成品[Al]含量均呈上升趋势,对应精炼渣碱度分别为0.95、1.1、1.4,渣中Al2 O3质量分数分别为7.0%、11.0%、15.0%,成品[Al]的质量分数分别为7×10-6、13×10-6、16×10-6.采用冶炼过Al、Al-Si脱氧钢的钢包冶炼的帘线钢盘条夹杂物数量密度分别为0.96、1.20个/mm2,夹杂物中Al2 O3平均质量分数分别为25.9%、31.8%,夹杂物塑性差,轧制后长宽比平均值分别为5.6、5.1.采用冶炼过S i脱氧钢的钢包冶炼的帘线钢盘条中夹杂物数量密度为0.79个/mm2,夹杂物中Al2 O3平均质量分数为15.0%,为塑性夹杂物,轧制后长宽比均值为11.3.实验证明,冶炼帘线钢不宜使用初态为Al脱氧或者Al-Si脱氧的钢包.

Influence of ladle under three different initial states on composition of refining slag and [Al]content in tire cord steel was studied.Composition,morphology and number density of inclusions in tire cord steel produced under different initial states were discussed by Aspex Explorer automatic analysis technology.The results show that basicity of refining slag,Al2 O3 content in refining slag and [Al]content in tire rod increase by different degrees during the production process of tire cord steel using three different initial state ladles.Basicity of refining slags are 0.95 ,1.1 and 1.4 in three different ladles which had used for producing Si,Al-Si and Al deoxidation steel,respectively.Meanwhile,Al2 O3 content of refining slags are 7.0 mass%,11.0 mass% and 15.0 mass%,and mass fraction of [Al]content in tire cord steel are 7×10-6 ,13×10-6 and 16×10-6 .Number densities of inclusions in tire crod steel produced by ladle which have used for producing Al or Al-Si deoxidation steel are 0.96 and 1.20 per square milimeter,respectively.Average contents of Al2 O3 in these inclusions are 25.9 mass% and 31.8 mass% and the inclusions have poor deformability.Average length-width ra-tios of the inclusions are 5.6 and 5.1 after rolling.Number density of inclusions in tire cord steel produced by ladle which have used for producing Si deoxidation steel is 0.79 per square milimeter. Average content of Al2 O3 in these inclusions is 15 mass% and most of the inclusions have low melting points.Average length-width ratio of inclusions is 11.3 after roll-ing.Experiments show that ladles which have used for producing Al or Al-Si deoxidation steel are not suitable for produ-cing tire cord steel.
