系统地研究了Ni49Ti51-xZrx合金冷轧板的相变温度及记忆性能.随着Zr含量的增加,Ni49Ti51-xZk合金铸锭相变温度Af升高,在15%Zr(原子分数)时达到228℃,Mf先降低后升高.Ni49 Ti51-xZL合金板材的硬度随冷轧变形量增加而增加,随退火温度升高而降低.对于Ni49Ti51xZrx合金25%冷轧变形量板材,随退火温度升高,锆的原子分数低于5%时合金板材的Af先降低再升高,Ni49Ti41 Zr10、Ni49Ti36Zr15合金板材Af持续升高.随退火温度升高,冷轧板材记忆恢复应变先升高后降低,在500℃时具有最高值,双程可恢复应变升高;随Zr含量增加,可恢复应变降低,双程记忆恢复应变减小.

Transformation temperature and shape memory property of Ni49Ti51-xZrx cold-rolled plate under different annealing temperature were systematically analyzed.The phase transformation temperature Af of Ni49 Ti51 x Zrx alloys ingot increases with increasing Zr content,reaching 228 ℃ at 15 % Zr content(atom fraction).The Mf transformation temperature first increases and then decreases with the increasing of Zr content.The hardness of Ni49 Ti51-x Zrx alloys plate shifts to higher value with lager cold-rolled deformation and decreases gradually with increasing annealing temperature.For 25 % cold-rolled reduction plate of Ni49 Ti51-x Zrx alloys,with the increasing of annealing temperature,Af first increases and then decreases for the alloys of Zr content lower than 5% (atom fraction),while that continuously increases for the Ni49Ti41Zr10 and Ni49Ti36Zr15 alloys,and the recovery strain of Ni49Ti51-x Zrx alloys first increases and then decreases reaching the highest value at 500 ℃.The recovery strain increases and twoway memory recovery strain decreases with the increasing of Zr content.
