研究了不同固溶温度对Fe-24Al-Sn合金的微观组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,与Fe-24Al合金相比,随着固溶温度从825℃增加到875℃,Fe-24Al-Sn合金的硬度逐渐从379HV增大到394HV,抗压强度逐渐从500 MPa降低到225 MPa,合金变脆.铸态合金的相结构为B2的FeAl相和Fe3Al相,还出现了Fe9Sn和Sn相.随着固溶温度的增加,合金中逐步发生B2→DO3 (Fe3 Al)的相变.

Effect of the different solid solution temperatures on the microstructure and property was investigated.The results indicate that the hardness of the alloy gradually increase from 379HV to 394HV and compressive strength decrease from 500 MPa to 225 MPa with the increase of the solid solution temperature.Comparing with the Fe-24Al alloys,the alloy becomes brittle.The phase structure of the casting alloys are comprised of B2 (FeAl) ordered phase,Fe3 Al,Fe9 Sn and a few of Sn.B2→DO3 (Fe3Al) phase transformation gradually occurs as the solid solution temperature increase.
