针对热轧低碳铝镇静(LCAK )钢酸洗后表面的“山水画”缺陷,通过模拟酸洗分析、微观结构分析、生产关联性因素分析等手段,研究了其产生机理及消除措施。研究结果表明,延长酸洗时间对该缺陷无明显改善;该缺陷本质为酸洗后黏附于带钢表面的疏松、多孔、凹凸不平的残留氧化铁皮膜状物质;该膜状物质的形成与R2可逆轧机除鳞不彻底密切相关。在机理研究的基础上,制定了热轧工艺控制及除鳞系统优化方案,有效避免了LCAK钢酸洗后表面出现的严重“山水画”缺陷。

The“landscape painting”defect was found on the hot rolling strip surface of LCAK steel after the pickling process .The formation mechanism of this defect was revealed with simulating the pickling process ,analyzing rele‐vant factors and observing the microstructure .The result shows that the defect was composed of porous and rough residual iron scales adhering to the strip surface .Obvious improvement of surface quality could not be found through prolonging the pickling time .In fact ,the film‐like iron scale was strongly related to the poor descaling during the re‐versing rolling process of R2 mill .Proper optimization of relevant hot rolling parameters and rough descaling system was given ,and serious landscape‐like defect could be avoided successfully .
