通过烧结杯试验,结合烧结矿冶金性能检测和矿相分析,对某含钛铁砂的烧结行为进行了研究。结果表明,随着该含钛铁砂配比增加,烧结利用系数和烧结矿转鼓强度下降;冶金性能方面,烧结矿低温还原粉化性能出现了大幅度恶化,烧结矿熔滴性能得到改善。根据矿相观察结果,烧结指标恶化的主要原因之一是由于含钛矿物导致烧结液相过热度降低,促进了烧结玻璃相的生成,抑制了铁酸钙相的结晶和析出。综合实验室结论,建议该含钛铁砂在混合料中配加比例控制在5%以内,并配合喷洒 CaCl2措施以减少其对烧结矿低温还原粉化性能的影响。

The sintering behavior of Ti-bearing iron sand was investigated by pot grate test,sinter metallurgical property test and morphology analysis.As a result,with proportion of the Ti-bearing iron sand increasing,the sin-ter productivity and tumbling index decreased;the low temperature reduction degradation index (RDI)deteriorated dramatically while the melting performance was improved with regard to the metallurgical performance of sinter. According to the morphology analysis,one of the main reasons for the deterioration of sinter performance was the decreased superheat of the sinter liquid phase caused by the Ti-bearing ore,which promoted the generation of glass phase and retarded crystallization and precipitation of the SFCA phase.In conclusion,the proportion of the Ti-bear-ing iron sand in sinter mixer is suggested to be limited within 5%.In order to improve the RDI of iron ore sinter, CaCl2 spraying is also recommended.
