通过对测温系统和热防护层的研究,最终开发出了尺寸仅为220mm×240mm×260mm(高×宽×长)的黑匣子高温测试仪,并对 GCr15轴承钢方坯(150mm×150mm)加热过程进行了温度测试。采用 MSC Marc 有限元软件建立了钢坯加热过程的三维温度场模型,并通过正交试验设计与有限元模拟相结合的方法实现了小断面轴承钢钢坯的加热工艺优化。经现场应用后,轴承钢钢坯加热最大断面温差降为32.75℃,加热均匀性有所提高,头尾性能差异性显著降低。

The “black box”in size of 200 mm×40 mm×260 mm was developed,through the research of the tempera-ture measurement system and the thermal protection.And it was used to measure the temperature of the GCr15 bearing billet.And three-dimensional temperature field of the billet during the heating process was simulated by the finite element simulation software MSC Marc.The optimization of the heating process of small cross-section bearing steel was realized by combining the orthogonal experiment with the finite element simulation.After filed ap-plication,the temperature difference of the largest section was decreased to 32.75 ℃,the homogeneity of tempera-ture distribution was improved,and the performance difference between the head and tail was reduced significantly.
