对电收尘烟灰进行二段氧化酸浸萃取反萃电积的原则工艺流程试验研究,控制浸出体系的氧化还原电位为0.5~2 V,考察了反应过程中温度、pH值、液固比、试剂浓度等因素对反应效果的影响,控制反应温度为75℃、pH值为3~4、液固比为4∶1、浸出3.5 h时,铜、锌、砷浸出率可以达到92.5%、91.6%、90.8%;并考察了砷的资源化走向,提出了结合熔池熔炼工艺综合回收浸出渣的工艺路线;消除了电收尘烟灰在堆存过程中对环境造成的严重污染隐患。

Recovery process of electric precipitator dusts,which was based on the principle of two stage oxidation acid leaching-extraction-back extraction electrowinning,was studied.The oxidation reduction potential of leaching system was controlled in the range of 0.5-2 V to study the influences of reaction temperature,pH value,liquid to solid ratio and reagent concentration on the reaction efficiency.When controlling the reaction temperature of 75℃, pH of 3-4,liquid to solid ratio of 4∶1,leaching time of 3.5 h,the leaching rate of copper,zinc,arsenic can reach 92.5%,91.6%,90.8% respectively.And through analyzing the whereabouts of arsenic,the comprehensive recov-ery process of leaching residue was proposed combined with the bath smelting process.Finally,the serious environ-mental pollution brought by the electric precipitator dusts during the piling process was reduced.
