为了使钢铁工程设计人员能够更好地了解并选择VD/VOD系统的工艺布置,通过多个项目现场的经验,介绍了VD/VOD系统的两种生产模式以及其不同的单、双工位工厂设计,有吊车式、真空罐车式以及真空罐车横移式的,不同的VD/VOD系统工厂设计将为客户带来不同的好处,解决不同的问题.并举实例对比VD/VOD系统单、双工位设计的不同点、投资成本及运营成本,表明对于两者的选择主要决定于客户的生产需求和投资成本.实践证明,单工位VD/VOD系统占地面积小,投资少,但冶炼周期长,适合VD真空脱气或VOD脱碳钢种生产比例小的炼钢厂;反之,VD真空脱气或VOD脱碳钢种生产比例大的炼钢厂,适合选用双工位VD/VOD系统,其冶炼周期较短,但占地面积大,投资大.

In order to make the iron and steel engineering designer learn more about the process layout of VD/VOD system and make better choice, the two producing modes and the plant layouts with different single or double working positions of VD/VOD system, such as crane type, vacuum vessel car type and vacuum vessel car cross moving type, are introduced.The different type of plant layout of VD/VOD system will bring different benefit to the clients and solve different problems.The different points, investment cost and operational cost between the single and double working positions of VD/VOD system design are compared through the actual examples.The choose of the above two positions depends on the producing demand and investment cost from the clients.The practice proves that VD/VOD system with single working position covers a small floor area, less investment, but long smelting period, which is suitable for the steelmaking plant with small production proportion for the steel grade treated by VD vacuum degassing or VOD decarburization.On the contrary, for the steelmaking plant with large production proportion for the steel grade treated by VD vacuum degassing or VOD decarburization, VD/VOD system with double working positions will be chosen to, which has the advantage of short smelting period, but covers a bigger floor area and more investment.
