以高铬铁粉为主要原料,添加适量的铌铁粉、石墨等经焊丝成型机轧制出不同成分的药芯焊丝,采用埋弧自动焊设备制备出含耐磨性能优良的堆焊层,对堆焊层组织进行全面分析,分析了堆焊层金属的化学成分、物相组成,分析了堆焊层各物相的组织和性能.该堆焊层宏观硬度高,耐磨粒磨损性能优良.

With the high chromium content ferrous powder as the main raw material, the flux-cored wires with different compositions were obtained by rolling in the flux-cored wire mills with the proper addition of niobium-ferric powder and graphite.The automatic welding machine was used to obtain the surfacing layers with fine friction resistance.And the structure of the surfacing layer was comprehensive analyzed, including the chemical component, the phase composition, and the microstructure and the properties of each phase.The results showed that the hardfacing had high macrohardness and excellent abrasive wear resistance.
