针对304不锈钢热轧板和冷轧板的表面线缺陷问题,通过对热轧板和冷轧板取样,使用扫描电镜和能谱仪观察了试样线缺陷表面,并进一步对冷轧板线缺陷的纵剖面进行了观察,分析了线缺陷的成因及形成机理.在热轧板线缺陷表面和冷轧板线缺陷纵剖面都发现了许多大尺寸的碳质颗粒,这些碳质颗粒来源于结晶器保护渣的卷入;位于连铸坯表面的碳质颗粒会导致热轧板表面线缺陷,酸洗无法消除这类表面缺陷问题;合格热轧板内的碳质颗粒易导致冷轧板的表面线缺陷.

In response to the problem of the line defect on the surface of hot(cold)-rolled 304 stainless steel sheet,the causes and the formation mechanism of those line defect were studied by sampling the hot(cold)-rolled sheet and using the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to analyze the surface of those defect and the longitudinal section of cold-rolled sheet.Carbonaceous particles were observed on both the surface of the line defect of hot-rolled sheet and the longitudinal section of cold-rolled sheet,which were come from the mold powder entrapment.And the carbonaceous particles on the surface of slab would lead to the line defect on the surface of hot-rolled sheet.This surface defect was impossible to be eliminated by pickling.Carbonaceous particles which located in the hot-rolled sheet would lead to the line defect of cold-rolled sheet.
