热轧平整机组主要针对常温下的耐候钢、冷轧料及马口铁等低强度的薄规格产品进行平整作业,以提高其表面质量、改善板形及力学性能等.但在生产过程中由于原料卷内圈松卷问题,易造成带钢中、尾部出现不同程度的挫伤缺陷,对带钢表面质量造成影响.主要介绍了热轧带钢挫伤缺陷的形貌特征与分布规律,通过研究挫伤产生的规律、设备功能的优化及固化操作人员的操作习惯等几个方面提出改进方案,达到了消除挫伤缺陷的目的.

Hot skin pass mill mainly deals with the low strength of thin gauge products such as weathering steel, cold rolled material and tin and so on to improve the surface quality, the plate shape and mechanical properties etc.However, in the process of production, due to the problems associated with open coiling of the inner ring of the raw material, the different degree of bruise defects can be easily caused in the middle and tail of the steel strip and influence the surface quality of the strip.The morphology characteristic and distribution law of contusion defect on hot rolling strip steel are mainly introduced.By studying the law of the contusion, the optimization of the equipment function and the operation habit of the curing operator, the improvement plan is put forward, which can achieve the goal of eliminating the defect.
