利用气垫式热处理技术进行固溶处理是生产高表面质量、高性能铝合金板带材的重要途径,带材张力的稳定控制是实现该技术工程应用的关键环节之一.以某厂铝合金汽车板热处理生产线为背景,对张力控制技术进行系统研究,提出了生产线张力控制体系架构,给出了适用气垫式热处理过程的张力控制策略,并应用于大工业生产.张力控制系统运行稳定,控制精确,较好地满足了工业生产的实际需要,为铝合金汽车板产品的稳定生产提供了坚实的基础.

The floater-type heat treatment technology is an important way to product aluminum alloy with high surface quality and performance.And the stable control of the strip tension is one of the key links to realize the application of the technology.Based on a heat treatment line of aluminum alloy automobile sheet in a plant,the tension control technology was systematic researched.The architecture of the tension control system for the production line was put forward,and the tension control strategies were presented,which were applied in the large industrial production.The tension control system was stable and accurate,which met the actual needs of the industrial production.It can provide a solid foundation for the stable production of aluminum alloy automobile sheet.
