为了降低炼钢全流程钢铁料消耗,结合西昌钢钒炼钢厂装备及工艺条件,在提钒工序提出低硅质量分数铁水采用石英砂调渣、优化供氧制度等工艺改进措施以降低钒渣TFe的质量分数;在脱硫工序提出优化脱硫剂w(CaO)/w(Mg)质量分数比以减少脱硫渣量及喷溅;在转炉炼钢工序提出优化转炉终点温度和终点碳质量分数以降低转炉渣TFe质量分数.通过工艺改进措施的实施,钒渣TFe质量分数由28.59%下降到26.72%,脱硫铁损的质量分数由2.94%下降到2.63%,转炉渣TFe的质量分数由20.09%下降到19.00%.炼钢全流程钢铁料消耗由2015年12月的1 112.73降低到2016年4月的1 107.55 kg/t,达到国内同类型企业中的先进水平,取得了巨大的经济效益.

In order to reduce the consumption of steel material in the whole process of steelmaking,combined with the equipment and technological conditions in steelmaking plant of Xichang Steel and Vanadium,the relevant measures for improving the process of extracting vanadium,such as using quartz sand to adjust slag for low Si molten iron,optimizing the oxygen supply system,were proposed to reduce the TFe mass fraction in vanadium slag.And the w(CaO)/w(Mg) ratio should be optimized to reduce the amount of slag and slag splashing in the desulfurization process.In BOF steelmaking process,the BOF end point temperature and the end-point C mass fraction should be optimized to reduce the TFe mass fraction in BOF slag.Through the implementation of the improvement measures,the TFe mass fraction in vanadium slag decreased from 28.59% to 26.72%,the loss of iron in the desulfurization process reduced from 2.94% to 2.63%,the TFe mass fraction in converter slag decreased from 20.09% to 19.00%.The consumption of steel material reduced from 1 112.73 in December 2015 to 1 107.55 kg/t in April 2016,which achieved the best level of the similar companies,and created enormous economic benefits.
