基于Thermo-Calc热力学计算软件,研究了600℃、650℃时马氏体耐热不锈钢中Cr、W、Mo合金元素含量变化对析出相的影响.计算结果表明:钢中析出相主要为M23 C6、金属间化合物Laves相和σ相.温度和合金元素Cr、W、Mo含量变化对M23 C6碳化物析出影响较小,对Laves相和σ相的析出影响较大,W、Mo含量在一定范围内变化时会析出CHI相.随Cr含量增加,Laves相析出量先保持不变,但当σ相开始析出后线性减少.温度和W含量变化对σ相析出量影响较大.随Mo含量增加,Laves相析出量线性增加;600℃时当σ相开始析出后,Laves相析出量缓慢增加;650℃时无σ相析出,但当CHI相大量析出后,Laves相析出量急剧减少.

Based on thermodynamic calculation software Thermo-Calc,the influences of alloy elements Cr,W,and Mo contents on the precipitated phases of a martensitic heat-resistant stainless steel at temperatures of 600 ℃ and 650 ℃ were studied.The results show that the precipitated phases in the steel are mainly composed of M23 C6,intermetallic compound of Laves phase and σ phase.The temperature and the content change of alloy elements Cr,W and Mo have little effect on the precipitation of M23C6 carbide,but have great effect on the precipitation of Laves phase and σ phase.When the content of W and Mo changes within a certain range,CHI phase will precipitate.With the increasing of Cr content,the precipitation of Laves phase remains the same at first,but decreases linearly when σ phase begins to precipitate.The change of temperature and W content has a great influence on the precipitation of σ phase.With the increasing of Mo content,the precipitation of Laves phase increases linearly;when the temperature is 600 ℃,the precipitation of Laves phase increases slowly when σ phase starts to precipitate;when the temperature is 650 ℃,no σ phase precipitates,but when CHI phase precipitates a lot,the precipitation of Laves phase decreases sharply.
