采用简单高效的一步多元醇法以FeCl3.6H2O为成核控制剂,在低温、静置的条件下成功合成了产量高、形貌尺寸均匀、银线平均长度80~110 μm、平均直径为40 ~ 80 nm,长径比大于1000的高长径比Ag纳米线.将制得银纳米线通过无水乙醇分散,得到一系列质量体积浓度的银线分散液,利用旋涂装置在PET上制备成膜,得到薄膜方阻仅6Ω/sq、可见光透过率80%左右性能良好的银纳米线透明导电薄膜,并探讨了旋涂层数、旋涂速度对各质量体积浓度薄膜性能的影响.

Silver nanowires with high yield,uniform size and high aspect ratio were successfully synthesized by a simple and effective polyol method under low temperature and quiescent conditions,adopting FeCl3 ·6H2O as the nucleation control agent.The silver nanowires have an average length of 80-110 μm and an average diameter of 40-80 nm.Thus,the aspect ratio of the nanowires is greater than 1000.A series of silver nanowires dispersion with different mass volume concentration were prepared in anhydrous ethanol.These silver nanowires dispersion is used to fabricate transparent conductive silver nanowires films by spin-coating method,which shows a square resistance of 6 Ω/sq and visible light transmittance of about 80%.In addition,the influence of spin coating lays and spin coating speed of silver nanowires dispersion with different mass volume concentration on the properties of silver nanowires films are investigated.
