研究了超声滚压(SURP)预处理对60Si2CrVAT弹簧钢热处理过程中脱碳层产生的影响规律.研究结果表明,SURP预处理会显著降低弹簧钢脱碳层厚度,不仅总脱碳层厚度有所降低,全脱碳层厚度也有所降低,且随着滚压次数的增加脱碳层厚度呈降低趋势.SURP预处理造成弹簧钢脱碳层厚度降低的机制为:热轧态弹簧钢经SURP处理后表层形成了铁素体形变织构,在后续的淬火保温过程中,织构具有相变遗传性,使碳原子晶界扩散受阻,扩散激活能增大,扩散系数降低,从而减缓碳原子扩散速度,导致脱碳层厚度降低.

Effect of surface ultrasonic rolling processing(SURP) pretreatment on decarburized layer of 60Si2CrVAT spring steel produced during heat treatment was analyzed.The results show that the SURP pretreatment can significantly reduce the thickness of the decarburized layer,not only the total decarburized layer thickness decreases,but also the thickness of the decarburized layer decreases,and with the increasing of the number of rolling,the thickness of the decarburized layer decreases.The mechanism of SURP pretreatment decreases the decarburized layer thickness is:after the SURP pretreatment,the hot rolled 60Si2CrVAT spring steel forms a ferrite shape variable texture in the surface layer,and in the subsequent quenching preservation process,the texture has inheritance in transformation,which hinders grain boundary diffusion of carbon atoms;increases the diffusion activation energy;decreases the diffusion coefficient;decreases the thickness of the decarburized layer.
