为提升蜂窝材料的抗缺陷能力,在正六边形、Kagome和正三角形蜂窝材料的孔壁表面附着软材料层,制备了多层级蜂窝材料.然后针对孔壁弯曲缺陷类型,使用解析方法研究了蜂窝材料面内模量的缺陷敏感性和力学性能,并用数值模拟对理论值进行了验证.结果表明:通过选择合适的附着软材料层与几何参数,可使得多层级蜂窝材料比传统蜂窝材料对缺陷有更高的抵抗能力,表现出较低的缺陷敏感性.另外,在保持相对密度不变的前提下,多层级蜂窝材料的力学性能与传统蜂窝材料的相比也有较大提高.研究结论为设计制造具有抗缺陷能力的新型蜂窝材料提供了理论基础.
