对碳纤维(T700)/双马来酰亚胺(HT280)复合材料进行了空气热循环实验(-60~180℃),分别测试了经历空气热循环前后材料的低速冲击性能和质损率,利用超声C扫描对冲击后材料内部损伤状况进行了分析.实验结果表明:随空气热循环次数的增加,质损率先迅速升高然后趋于平缓.随低速冲击能量的增大,空气热循环前后试样的平均损伤区域面积呈增加趋势,其破坏模式会发生明显变化.在相同低速冲击能量下,经历空气热循环试样的平均损伤区域面积和吸收能均大于原始态试样的.
