采用调质高炉渣进行喷吹法制备矿渣棉试验,对喷吹试验所得纤维的表观特性及性能进行检测,探索喷吹工艺参数对纤维质量的影响规律.结果表明:高炉渣的成分含量不在形成矿渣棉的成分范围内,应该添加调质剂对高炉渣作调质处理;随着酸度系数的增加,纤维直径呈增长趋势;当酸度系数在1.0~1.2时纤维含水率变化不大,在1.3时含水率出现谷值,随后迅速增大;在黏度允许的范围内,气流速度越大,纤维越细长.采用喷吹工艺制备矿渣棉高炉渣酸度系数控制在1.2~1.3之间,喷吹气体压力控制在0.3 MPa左右,纤维质量较好.

Experiments of preparing slag wool with blast furnace slag by jetting process were conducted. The apparent character and properties of the slag wool were tested influences of the parameters of the blowing process on the fiber quality were explored. The results showed under a proper condition with increase of the acidity coefficient,the fiber diameter increases. The moisture content decreases and then increases. With increase of the gas pressure diameter of the slag fiber decreases gradually. In order to get a better fiber quality acidity coefficient of the blast furnace slag should be controlled between 1. 2~1. 3 the gas pressure should be controlled at about 0. 3 MPa.
