研究了电渣过程中,刀剪用8Cr13MoV马氏体不锈钢中Al2O3-(Ti,V)N型复合夹杂物形貌,形核特点,从夹杂物长大动力学分析了影响复合夹杂物析出长大的条件.研究表明:Al2O3-(Ti,V)N复合夹杂物形核核心Al2O3一般为圆形或长方形,而附着生长在核心外围的(Ti,V)N则为不规则的多边形,复合夹杂三维图像为不规则多边体;电渣过程,在一定范围内,随冷却强度升高,夹杂物数量增加,面积减小,Al2 O3-(Ti,V)N复合夹杂物形核率有所提高;夹杂物长大动力学表明,冷却强度影响着夹杂物最终尺寸,Ti、V、N含量影响着夹杂物的析出时间和最终尺寸.
