采用柠檬酸-硝酸盐低温燃烧合成法,以Ce(NO3)3?6H2O为氧化剂,柠檬酸为还原剂,制备Sm2O3掺杂的Ce0.8Sm0.2O1.9(SDC)超细粉体,利用XRD、TG-DSC、FT-IR、SEM及FESEM等手段对制备样品的晶相结构、热分解过程、微观形貌以及团聚情况进行研究.结果表明:柠檬酸与硝酸盐组成的干凝胶自蔓延燃烧点火温度为270.0℃;粉体经600℃焙烧2h后,形成了单一立方萤石型结构的固溶体,平均晶粒度为18.80nm.粉体的结晶性能完善,分散性能良好,粒子间仅有微弱的软团聚.将素坯在1250℃烧结2h,即可得到相对密度为95.5%的陶瓷烧结体.

Taken Ce (NO3)3?6H2O as an oxidant, citric acid as a reductant, the Sm2O3-doped Ce0.8Sm0.2O1.9 (SDC) ultrafine powders were prepared by using citric acid-nitrate low temperature combustion synthesis method.Crystal structure, thermal decomposition process, microstructure and agglomeration of the prepared samples were examined by XRD, TG-DSC, FT-IR, SEM and FESEM.The results showed that the ignition temperature of the self-propagating combustion for the dry gel of citric acid and nitrate is 270.0℃.Calcined at 600℃ for 2h, the solid solution has a single cubic fluorite structure, and the average grain size is 18.80nm.The crystalline properties of the powder are perfect, the dispersion performance is good, only some weak soft agglomeration is found among the particles.Calcined at 1250℃ for 2h, the powder material can become a ceramic sintered body with a relative density of 95.5%.
