以共沉淀法制备的Ni-Mn包覆Co3O4前驱体和Li2CO3为原料,通过高温固相法制得了具有核壳结构的锂电池正极材料Li(Co0.9Ni0.05Mn0.05)O2.用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)和充放电测试表征了样品的形貌、晶体结构和电化学性能.结果表明,所制备的核壳结构Li(Co0.9Ni0.05Mn0.05)O2具有良好的电化学性能,在3.0~4.5V和3.0~ 4.6V,0.2 C下首次放电容量分别达到180.5mA?h?g-1和201.3mA?h?g-1,在1 C下,循环50周后容量保持率分别为89.3%和63.3%.

The Li(Co0.9Ni0.05Mn0.05)O2 cathode materials with core-shell structure were prepared through solid-state reaction method by using precursor of Ni-Mn co-precipitation-coating Co3O4 particles and Li2CO3 as a starting material.Morphology, crystal structure and electrochemical performance of the samples were investigated by SEM, EDS, XRD and charge-discharge test.The results showed the Li(Co0.9Ni0.05Mn0.05)O2 cathode materials with core-shell structure have better electrochemical performance.When Li(Co0.9Ni0.05Mn0.05)O2 was charged to 4.5V and 4.6V, the initial discharge capacity is 180.5mA?h?g-1 and 201.3mA?h?g-1 at 0.2C, respectively.After cycling for 50 times, the retention of discharge capacity is 89.3% and 63.3% at 1C, respectively.
