通过高温固相反应合成工艺制备了(Ca,Cr)共掺YAG陶瓷,研究了Ca2+、Cr3+离子掺杂对YAG陶瓷红外辐射性能的影响.X射线衍射分析结果表明,Ca2+、Cr3+离子掺杂样品具有钇铝石榴石结构.红外性能测试表明:掺杂前后样品在0.75~2.5 μm波段的红外吸收率由0.03提升至0.90,较之掺杂前提高了29倍.通过基于吸光度测试结果的计算发现,(Ca,Cr)共掺使得YAG陶瓷禁带宽度下降了1.77 eV,使得自由载流子吸收得以强化,这可能是(Ca,Cr)共掺YAG陶瓷在近红外波段具有高发射率的主要原因.
