采用热致相分离法制备等规聚丙烯(iPP)-聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混疏水微孔平板膜,分别研究了iPP/PVC质量比和固含量对共混膜结构的影响,检测了iPP/PVC共混疏水微孔平板膜的平均孔径、孔隙率、孔径分布以及接触角等特性参数.结果表明:iPP/PVC共混疏水微孔膜断面呈现片状和树枝状复合“sandwich-structure”膜孔结构.随着共混聚合物体系中iPP含量的增加,iPP/PVC共混疏水微孔膜平均孔径逐渐增大,孔隙率也逐渐增大.最后,将制得的iPP/PVC共混疏水微孔膜应用于0.5 mol/L NaCl水溶液真空膜蒸馏过程,在真空度为0.095MPa、进料流量为30 L/h、料液温度为85℃时,iPP/PVC共混疏水微孔膜VMD通量最高达到13.11 kg/(m2·h),截留率高于99.9%.
