以25 μm 316 L不锈钢粉(SSP)为原料,聚丙烯腈(PAN)为聚合物黏结剂,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为增黏剂,制备不锈钢中空纤维膜,讨论了SSP浓度对不锈钢中空纤维膜的烧结收缩、微观形貌、密度、孔隙率、最大孔径、平均孔径、纯水通量和机械强度的影响.采用泡点、纯水通量、机械强度等方法表征中空纤维膜的性能.实验结果表明:当加入质量分数75%的不锈钢粉时,不锈钢中空纤维膜具有较好的性能,其最大孔径为15.2 μm,平均孔径为4.16 μm,机械强度为49.4 MPa,纯水通量为350000 L/(m2·h·MPa).
