膜污染是导致膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺运行和维护成本高的主要原因.膜污染源于污泥混合液(包括微生物絮体、胶体及溶解性物质)与膜复杂的相互作用,主要包括尺寸较大的污染物在膜表面的附着积累和小分子量污染物对于膜孔的堵塞.前者就是所谓的泥饼层污染,通常认为是膜污染的主要部分,因此,在MBR工艺长期可持续运行过程中,泥饼层的控制至关重要.本文从泥饼层阻力分析、形成及控制、以及表征方法等方面进行综述分析,重点讨论泥饼层的控制措施以及各表征方法的优缺点,期望能够促进膜污染控制的研究和MBR工艺更广泛的应用.
