在聚砜超滤膜表面通过水/油两相界面聚合的方法,制备了高通量高截留率的聚酰胺反渗透复合膜.研究了强极性有机相添加剂1,3-二甲基-2-咪唑啉酮(DMI)对聚酰胺反渗透膜结构及性能的影响.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)对反渗透膜表面结构形貌进行表征,聚酰胺分离层化学结构则通过全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)来进行分析,采用接触角测试仪来评价膜表面亲水性.以500 mg/L NaC1作为进料液,在1 MPa压力下评价了反渗透膜片的分离性能.研究结果显示,有机相添加剂DMI可以有效调控反渗透膜表面结构,在不损失盐截留率的前提下显著提高反渗透膜的水通量.
