超滤膜通量的选取直接关系到超滤系统的运行稳定性和基建费用,是超滤系统设计最为重要的参数.随着膜技术的发展和膜产品价格的降低,低通量超滤系统将在水处理领域获得更多的应用.然而,现有的低通量体系中各种通量概念繁多,尚无明确适用于饮用水超滤工艺的低通量概念.本文结合地表水体的原水和混凝-沉淀后水开展了超滤膜阈通量和极限通量的测定,并在两通量下进行运行对比研究.结果表明:原水及沉后水在极限通量5.0 L/(m2·h)下运行,膜污染得到有效控制,极限通量能够在死端过滤的模式下实现长期稳定运行.
