以空气为曝气气源,采用自制聚丙烯中空纤维膜接触器为核心装置,系统地考察了亚硫酸铵初始浓度、气液比、液相流速、气液相压差、液相温度、高浓度硫酸铵以及膜接触器填充密度等因素对亚硫酸铵氧化率的影响.结果表明:亚硫酸铵氧化率随其初始浓度的升高而降低;对于10 L浓度为0.1 mol/L的亚硫酸铵溶液,在气液比为3∶1,液相流速为5 L/min,气液相压差为0.015 MPa,液相温度为50℃,膜接触器填充密度为45%时,反应1h后,溶液氧化率达到98.94%;在空气流量相同的情况下,膜法曝气的氧化效果优于传统曝气.研究结果初步证实了膜法曝气工艺用于氧化亚硫酸铵溶液的可行性.

The membrane aeration oxidation of ammonium sulfite using the air as the aeration source and the self-made PP hollow fiber membrane contactor as the core device was investigated.Major factors affecting the ammonium sulfite oxidation efficiency were examined systematically,such as initial concentration of ammonium sulfite,gas to liquid phase pressure difference,gas-liquid ratio,liquid phase flow rate,temperature of liquid phase,high concentration of ammonium sulfate and membrane contactor packing density.Experimental results indicate that the oxidation efficiency in-crease with the decrease of initial concentration of ammonium sulfite;when in a solution the initial concentration of ammonium sulfite was 0.1 mol/L,the gas-liquid ratio was 3:1,the liquid phase flow rate was 5 L/min,the gas to liquid phase pressure difference was 0.015 MPa,and the liquid phase temperature was 50 ℃,after 1 h the oxidation rate of ammonium sulfite was 98.94%;The membrane aeration oxidation of ammonium sulfite could be more efficient than traditional oxidation in the same process conditions.The feasibility of membrane aeration process for ammonium sulfiteoxidation was preliminarily confirmed.
