为了研制一种新型光转换膜应用于光伏电池,对一种新型含铕配合物Eu(2mCND)4CTAC的荧光光谱、量子产率和热稳定性等性能进行了测试.结合测试数据,采用流延方法制备了含Eu(2mCND)4CTAC的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)复合光谱转换薄膜,并进行了荧光光谱和量子产率测试.研究发现,制备的光转换膜能有效提高太阳能电池对紫外光的响应,有利于提高电池的光电转换效率.

In order to develop a new type of light conversion film applied to photovoltaic cell,the fluorescence spectrum,quantum yield and thermal stability were tested for a new type of nalidixic europium complexes Eu(2mCND)4CTAC.On the basis of result tested,polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) composite spectrum conversion film containing Eu(2mCND)4CTAC was prepared by tape casting.Then fluorescence spectrum and quantum yield of the film prepared were measured.Research find the film prepared can effectively improve the respond of solar cell to ultraviolet light.It is beneficial to improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency.
