湖北省某矿石物质组成十分复杂,稀土矿物以独居石、氟碳铈矿、氟碳钙铈矿、褐帘石为主,且嵌布粒度十分细微.根据其矿石性质,重点进行浮选捕收剂、抑制剂选择实验、流程对比实验等,最终确定采取反-正浮选工艺,以两种羟肟酸类捕收剂联合使用,结合微细粒絮凝浮选技术获得较好的稀土浮选指标(品位37.320%,回收率67.33%),对浮选精矿再采取磁选—酸洗流程进行处理,最终获得REO品位为56.33%,总回收率为63.42%的稀土精矿产品.

A rare earth ore in Hubei is very complicated in composition.Monazite,bastnasite,parisite and orthite are the main rare earth minerals,and the mosaic size of rare earth in the ore is quite fine.This paper studied the mineral processing technology to recover rare earth from the ore.Experiments for selection of collectors and inhibitors,and comparison of flow sheets were conducted.The results show that rare earth concentrate with REO grade of 37.320% and recovery of 67.33% was obtained by adopting the process of indirect-direct flotation with two collectors.After magnetic separation and pickling,REO grade of the concentrate can be improved to 56.33%,with recovery of 63.42%.
