用半径较小的Gd3+替代Pr3+,制备出多晶样品Pr0.5-xGdxSr0.5MnO3(x=0,0.1),对样品进行了结构和磁性的分析.结果表明,样品的单相性很好.通过超导量子磁强计(SQUID)对其磁性进行测量可知,随着温度的降低样品都经历了两次磁转变,从高温顺磁态转变为中间铁磁态最后在低温下转变为反铁磁态,并且在T2D与T3D之间,样品呈现顺磁铁磁混合态.通过对比发现,掺Gd后导致样品的居里温度降低,奈尔温度升高.

By the substitution of smaller ionic radius Gd3 + for Pr3 +,polycrystalline sample Pr0.5-xGdx Sr0.5MnO3 (x =0,0.1) was prepared by conventional solid state reaction method.Research shows that the samples are in single phase with the space group Pbnm symmetry with X-ray.Magnetic properties have been studied by SQUID.With temperature decreases,the sample goes through two magnetic transition,from the high-temperature paramagnetic transition to ferromagnetic state,finally to the antiferromagnetic state in the low temperature,and the samples exhibit paramagnetic-ferromagnetic mixed state between T2D and T3D.By contrast,Gd-doping leads to the decrease of Curie temperature and the rise of Nair temperature.
