简述了无水LaBr3和CeBr3合成方法的研究现状,以及通过LnBr3晶体化合物真空脱出溶剂法、金属La和Ce及其化合物溴化法、无水LnBr3纯化等不同合成方法对最终产品中LnOBr、水、溴化剂等杂质含量的影响,指出了其合成工艺实现产业化存在的缺陷和不足,从而有针对性的进行工艺路线的调整,避免使用有害气体和强腐蚀性物质,并有效的降低生产成本,使其在闪烁晶体中的应用加速产业化进程.

This article briefly describes the current research situation about the method of compounding the anhydrous LaBr3 and CeBr3 including solvent removal in vacuum from LnBr3 crystal,bromination from metals or compounds of La and Ce,and purification of anhydrous LnBr3.Effects of these methods on impurity contents such as LnOBr3,waterebromide agent and others in final products are analyzed.The deficiencies in industrialization of the existing synthetic process are pointed out.Suggestions are proposed for improving the present process.
