为解决输电杆塔用复合材料表面憎水性不足、受污后其绝缘性能在潮湿状态下大幅下降的问题,采用6种不同超疏水涂料分别涂覆复合材料杆塔样品表面,并测试其憎水性,筛选出改善效果较好的3种超疏水涂料.然后将这3种超疏水涂料涂覆于复合材料杆塔样品上进行湿闪和污闪试验,全面分析了杆塔样品形状、疏水涂层制备方法、超疏水涂料类型对复合材料杆塔防污能力的影响.结果表明:疏水涂层能显著提高复合材料杆塔样品的湿闪电压和污闪电压,其中PRTV的应用效果最好,能有效降低污闪率.
