通过对低气压条件下绝缘材料表面电痕破坏的相关研究的综合分析,发现绝缘材料表面电痕破坏是一个复杂的物理化学变化过程,在研究低气压条件对绝缘材料耐电痕性的影响时,除了要考虑外部条件,如气体密度、氧气含量等的影响外,绝缘材料自身的性质如示氧值和分子结构等对绝缘破坏的影响也不容忽视.以几种常用的典型聚合物介质为例,深入讨论聚合物绝缘破坏的本质,实验分析表明不同绝缘材料的耐电痕破坏能力随着气压的降低会有不同的变化,因此选择高海拔下使用的绝缘材料时必须充分考虑使用环境因素的影响和材料本身的性质.
