通过添加具有导热功能的氧化铝(Al2O3)、氮化铝(AlN)和二氧化硅(SiO2)等填料制备了环氧改性不饱和聚酯导热绝缘漆。使用热导率测试仪、高阻计、FTIR、SEM等研究了填料的种类、含量、分散工艺等因素对绝缘漆的分散性能、导热性能、电绝缘性能等的影响。结果表明:采用砂磨机搅拌分散方式时,填料在绝缘漆中的分散及防沉降效果最理想;添加导热填料可以改善绝缘漆的导热性能,且对绝缘漆的电性能影响不大,其中AlN/Al2O3(纳米)混合填料对绝缘漆的导热性能提高最明显。

An epoxy modified unsaturated polyester insulating varnish was prepared by adding thermal con-dutive fillers, such as alumina (Al2O3), aluminum nitride (AlN), and silica (SiO2). The effects of the types, content, and dispersion process of fillers on the dispersity, thermal conductivity, and insulating prop-erties of the insulating varnish were studied by thermal conductivity tester, high resistance meter, FTIR, and SEM. The results show that the dispersity and anti-sedimentation property of fillers in insulating varnish is the best when using the sand mill dispersion technology. The thermal conductive fillers could improve the thermal conductivity of the insulating varnish and have little influence on the electrical properties. The nano AlN/Al2O3 mixed fillers have the most obvious effect in incresing the thermal con-ductivity.
