以酰亚胺二羧酸(N-(4-羧苯基)偏苯酰亚胺、N-(2-羧亚甲基)偏苯酰亚胺)、二醇(乙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,5-戊二醇)为原料,通过酯交换反应合成了6种聚酯酰亚胺(PEI-P1、PEI-P2、PEI-P3、PEI-G1、PEI-G2、PEI-G3);以N-(2-羟乙基)偏苯酰亚胺为原料,利用分子间酯化合成另一种聚酯酰亚胺(PEI-E).通过红外光谱对上述7种聚酯酰亚胺进行结构表征,并对其溶解性能和热性能进行了研究.结果表明:PEI-P1、PEI-P2、PEI-P3、PEI-G1、PEI-G2、PEI-G3、PEI-E的溶解度参数分别为11.64、11.03、10.16、11.44、11.41、10.45、13.02,能溶于N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮等非质子极性溶剂;PEI-P1、PEI-E、PEI-G1、PEI-P2、PEI-P3、PEI-G2、PEI-G3的热稳定性依次变差.

Six kinds of poly(ester-imide) (PEI-P1, PEI-P2, PEI-P3, PEI-G1, PEI-G2 and PEI-G3) were synthesized from imide dicarboxylic acid(N-(4-carboxyphenyl)trimellitimide and N-(2-hydroxyethyl) trimellit-imide) and dihydric alcohol(ethylene glycol, 1,3-propylene glycol, and 1,5-pentylene glycol) by transesterifi-cation reaction. Another poly(ester-imide) PEI-E was synthesized from N-(2-carboxymethyl) trimellitimide by intermolecular esterification. The structures of seven poly(ester-imide) were characterized by FT-IR, and their solubility and thermal stability were studied. The results show that the solubility parameters of the PEI-P1, PEI-P2, PEI-P3, PEI-G1, PEI-G2, PEI-G3, and PEI-E are 11.64, 11.03, 10.16, 11.44, 11.41, 10.45, and 13.02, respectively, which indicate that they can solve in the aprotic polar solvents such as N, N-dimethyl acetamide and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone. The order of thermal stability is PEI-P1, PEI-E, PEI-G1, PEI-P2, PEI-P3, PEI-G2, and PEI-G3.
