以聚酰亚胺普通薄膜和聚酰亚胺纳米(Al2O3)复合薄膜为研究对象,研究了环境湿度对聚酰亚胺(poly-imide,PI)薄膜局部放电参量的影响机理.结果表明:在低湿度下,随着湿度的增加,薄膜在重复脉冲下的局部放电起始电压(repetitive partial discharge inception voltage,RPDIV)降低,平均放电次数和平均放电幅值升高;在高湿度环境中,随着湿度的增加,薄膜的RPDIV呈升高趋势,平均放电次数和平均放电幅值降低.湿度对薄膜绝缘寿命的影响存在一个临界值.

The influence mechanism of environmental humidity on the partial discharge parameters of pure polyimide film and polyimide nano-composite film were studied. The results show that in the low humidity environment, the repetitive partial discharge inception voltage (RPDIV) decreases with the in-crease of humidity, while the mean discharge number and mean discharge amplitude increase. In the high humidity environment, the RPDIV increases with the increase of humidity, while the mean discharge num-ber and mean discharge amplitude reduce. There is a critical value for the effect of humidity on the insu-lation life of PI films.
