通过对电磁线线芯加工工艺的研究,对线芯发黑现象的原因进行了重点分析。结果表明:影响电磁线线芯发黑的主要因素为拉丝润滑液、空气中的水蒸气。通过将抽真空后保温温度提升到120℃,N2作为保护性气体,用酒精清洗拉丝后的铜线芯,在退出火罐后用PVC薄膜对铜线芯进行防护,可以明显改善电磁线线芯的发黑问题,提高电磁线的贮存期。

The processing technology of electromagnetic wire core was studied, and the causes of wire core nigrescence were analyzed emphatically. The results show that the main factors of copper core nigrescence are drawing lubricant and vapor in the air. The effective improvement technology is keeping the holding temperature at 120℃ after vacuumize, using nitrogen as protective gas, cleaning the copper core with alcohol after wire drawing, and protecting the copper core with PVC after exiting cupping jar.
