以双马来酰亚胺(MBMI)为基体,3,3'-二烯丙基双酚A(BBA)和双酚A双烯丙基醚(BBE)为活性稀释剂,环氧树脂(EP)为增韧剂,4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷(DDM)为固化剂,制备了改性双马来酰亚胺树脂(EP-MB-MI),并对其性能进行研究.结果表明:随着EP含量的增加,材料的弯曲强度呈先上升后下降的趋势,当EP含量为20%时,EP-MBMI体系的弯曲强度最大,为134.5 MPa,比MBMI的弯曲强度提高了22.8%.另外,EP-MBMI体系的介电常数随EP含量的增加呈下降的趋势,且在环氧树脂含量在20%时介电常数达到最小值;介质损耗随EP含量的增加有所增加,但数量级均为10-3;EP-MBMI体系的体积电阻率及电气强度随EP含量的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势,并分别在EP含量为15%及20%时取得最大值,分别为4.87×1015Ω·m和15.66 kV/mm.

An epoxy modified bismaleimide resin (EP-MBMI) was prepared using bismaleimide (MBMI) as matrix,3,3'-diallylbisphenol A (BBA) and bisphenol-A diallylether (BBE) as reactive diluent,epoxy resin (EP) as toughening agent,and 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane (DDM) as curing agent.Its properties were studied.The results show that with the increase of EP content,the bending strength of EP-MBMI system increases at first and then decreases.When the EP content is 20%,the bending strength attains the maximum value (134.5 MPa),which is 22.8% higher than that of MBMI.Additionally,the dielectric constant of EP-MBMI system decreases with the increase of EP content,and attains the minimum value at 20% of EP content.The dielectric loss of EP-MBMI system increases with the increase of EP content,but the order of magnitude is 103.The volume resistivity and electric strength of EP-MBMI system increase at first and then decrease with the increase of EP content.When the EP content is 15% and 20%,the volume resistivity and electric strength reach the maximum value (4.87×1015 Ω·m and 15.66 kV/ mm,respectively).
