为研究负极性直流条件下空气中聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)的沿面放电参数和表面特性,分析了电极距离对闪络电压的影响,并采用韦伯(Weibull)概率分布分析了0.1%概率的沿面闪络电压.观察并分析了闪络前后材料表面的物化特性.结果表明:随着闪络次数的增加,材料粗糙度增大;距离电极越近,材料表面损伤越明显;材料老化后决定其闪络电压大小的主要因素是材料表面的微观形貌和化学特性.

In order to study the creeping discharge parameters and surface characteristics of poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) in air under negative DC condition,the effects of electrode distance on the flashover voltage were analyzed,and the surface flashover voltage of 0.1% flashover probability was studied by using Weibull probability distribution.The physical and chemical properties of the material surface before and after flashover were observed.The results show that the roughness of material surface increases with the increase of flashover number;when the material gets closer to the electrodes,the surface of material is damaged more obviously.The flashover voltage is determined by the micro morphology and chemical properties of the material surface after ageing.
