通过对变压器油中硫腐蚀反应的主要因素进行研究,探索出一种可定量测试变压器油中潜在腐蚀性总硫含量的检测方法——铜粉腐蚀法.该方法不仅可直接检测变压器油中潜在腐蚀性总硫含量,准确评估变压器油的硫腐蚀状态,而且可根据不同硫化物与铜粉反应转化成腐蚀性硫的程度,评价不同硫化物的腐蚀能力,为准确评估变压器油腐蚀性提供了参考依据.
The main factors of sulfur corrosion in transformer oil were studied,and a quantitative test method to determine the total potential corrosive sulfur concentration in transformer oil was proposed.The method can be used to determinate the total potential corrosive sulfur concentration in transformer oil and evaluate the corrosiveness of insulating oils.In addition,the corrosivity of different sulfur compounds can be evaluated by the consumption ratio of sulfur compounds reacting with copper.The quantitative tests can provide reference for evaluating the corrosivity of transformer oils.
