以硬脂酸(SA)和铝酸酯(ACA)为改性剂,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为表面活性剂对多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)进行协同改性.然后以改性碳纳米管为填料,硅橡胶(SR)为基体,通过溶液共混方法制备了MWCNTs/SR复合材料,研究协同改性对MWCNTs/SR复合材料性能的影响.由SEM表征可知,协同改性后碳纳米管在复合材料中的分散性得到改善.通过TGA表征发现,碳纳米管经协同改性之后能显著提高复合材料的热稳定性,与未改性MWCNTs/硅橡胶复合材料相比,其分解温度(T(onset))由438.9℃提高到473.2℃.在100 Hz条件下,MWCNTs/SR复合材料的介电常数由270增至970,增幅高达259%.经协同改性制备的复合材料具有更高的介电常数,且介质损耗基本不变.

Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were synergistic modified by using stearic acid (SA) and aluminate (ACA) as modifier and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) as surfactant.A MWCNTs/SR composite was prepared via solution blending method by using the modified MWCNTs as filler and silicone rubber as matrix,and the effect of synergistic modification on the properties of the MWCNTs/SR composites were analyzed.The SEM result shows that the dispersity of MWCNTs in the composites after surface modification is improved.The TGA result indicates that the thermal stability of the MWCNTs/SR composites is improved after synergistic modification,and the decomposition temperature (T(onset)) increases from 438.9 ℃C to 473.2 ℃C.The dielectric constant of the MWCNTs/SR composites increases from 270 to 970 at 100 Hz,which increases by 259%.The composites show higher dielectric constant after synergistic modification,and its dielectric loss does not change basically.
