采用自制双环戊二烯改性聚酯树脂制备了一种低挥发VPI浸渍绝缘漆,测试了其综合性能和固化工艺特性,然后将低挥发VPI浸渍绝缘漆与玻璃布补强少胶云母带制备了模拟线棒并进行相容性测试.结果表明:该低挥发VPI浸渍绝缘漆的综合性能优良,固化挥发分低于3%,与配套的玻璃布补强少胶云母带相容性良好,介质损耗低,击穿电压达到52 kV,可适用于普通绝缘处理工艺及VPI浸渍处理工艺.
A kind of low volatile VPI impregnating insulating varnish was prepared from the dicyclopenta-diene-modified polyester, and its overall properties and curing characteristic were tested. Then the VPI impregnating insulating varnish was used to prepare simulation winding bar with glass fiber reinforced dry mica tape, and their compatibility was tested. The results show that the varnish has excellent overall properties and good compatibility with the glass fiber reinforced dry mica tape, the curing volatile is lower than 3%, the breakdown voltage reaches 52 kV, and the dielectric loss is low, which is suitable for common insulation treatment process and VPI impregenating process.
