选用BN作为无机填料对喷口材料进行填充改性,对比分析氮化硼和氧化铝两种填料的改性效果,研究不同填料添加量对喷口材料性能的影响.结果表明:与氧化铝喷口材料相比,氮化硼(BN)喷口材料具有更高的电气强度、热导率及耐电弧烧蚀能力.
Boron nitride inorganic filler was selected to modify nozzle material. The modification effect of BN and alumina was compared, and the influence of different filler contents on the properties of the nozzle material was studied. The results show that compared with the alumina nozzle material, the BN nozzle material has higher electric strength, thermal conductivity, and arc ablation resistance.
