根据变压器油中溶解气体分析技术,设计了针-板电极模型,将其置于纯油和油纸绝缘中在不同电压等级下进行放电老化实验,并通过加热器件模拟变压器内部局部过热现象对绝缘油进行加热老化.研究油中气体含量的变化趋势和放电、局部过热老化对绝缘油的影响.结果表明:放电强度较低时,老化后油中气体的含量基本不变;放电强烈时,油中气体含量出现了增加,其中H2和C2H2含量增加明显.模拟变压器绕组局部过热实验中,当温度达到120℃以上时,除H2、C2H2和C2H4外,油中各种气体含量增长明显.

According to the dissolved gas-in-oil analysis, a needle-plate electrode model was designed, then the model was placed in the oil or oil-paper insulation and conducted discharge ageing experiments at different voltages. The local overheating phenomenon of transformer was simulated with a heating device. The gas contents in oil were measured to study their variation tendency after discharge and the influence of discharging and overheating on the gas contents. The results show that all the gas contents in oil almost keep the same under low strength discharging, and all the gas contents in oil, especially H2 and C2H2, increase under high strength discharging. When the temperature is above 120℃, the gas con-tents in oil increase obviously in the overheating experiments except for H2, C2H2, and C2H4.
