采用3种表面处理剂对含30%玻璃纤维的尼龙6(PA6)进行表面处理,研究不同表面处理剂对PA6电性能的影响,筛选出最佳的表面处理剂,并进行热老化实验.结果表明:PA6制品表面经聚酯树脂处理后,其相比电痕化指数(CTI)由350 V提高到600 V,表面电阻率和绝缘电阻提高了约10倍;热老化后,经表面处理后的PA6制品电绝缘性能下降程度较小,扩大了PA6改性材料在电气领域的应用范围.

PA6 with 30% of glass fiber was surface modified by three kinds of surface treating agents. The effects of different agents on the electrical properties of PA6 were studied, and the best surface treat-ing agent was selected. The PA6 was conducted thermal ageing experiments. The results show that the comparative tracking index (CTI) of the PA6 after treated by polyester resin increases from 350 V to 600 V, and the surface resistivity and insulation resistance increase by about 10 times. The electrical insu-lating properties of the surface modified PA6 reduce slightly after thermal ageing. The results can enlarge the application of PA6 modified materials in the electrical domain.
